Terrarium Refunds

First of all, thank you for buying one of our terrariums!

We are dealing with living things here, so although we say that our terrariums are self-sustaining, nature can sometimes take hold.

We try to keep our terrariums for at least two weeks before handing them over to their new homes, just to check that the plants are all settled in. The terrariums all come with a care guide about how to look after them, however if anything is going wrong within the first 2 months we will happily take it back and either swap for a new one or re-build for you.

After the initial two months, there should be no issues, as the plants will be settled. If, for any reason, you still have issues please do let us know and we will do our best to help but we cannot offer a refund after this date.

Workshop refunds and cancellations

We will happily offer a full refund on your ticket if you cancel no later than 7 days before the event takes place.

If you cannot attend a workshop and it is less than 7 days in advance, we will happily move you onto another workshop, providing there is space, however cannot offer a refund.

If you find out you cannot attend within 7 days of the start of your workshop, then we are very happy for you to pass your ticket on to a friend to fill the space but unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
